2. Samsung Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch for Sprint (White)
The Galaxy S II Epic 4 G Touch made it onto our list, not for its long name, but for its large 4.52-inch display and attractive but understated design. Upon first inspection, you’d expect the S II to be heavy, but at 4.55 ounces, it feels feather light and and easy to hold, thanks to its tapered back. Keeping things simple, Samsung includes no excessive accents or curves.

The first thing that’s striking about this phone is the number of bold color choices -- white, black, cyan and pink. The phone
has rounded sides but it’s still a rectangle with corners when viewed
from the front and back. The AMOLED screen makes the screen pop, but the
best thing about this phone is the comfortable grip for hands of all
sizes.
Best Windows Phone 7 (Nokia and HTC )
The design of HTC phones are reliably simple but the EVO 4G LTE has a few flourishes that we're really excited about. The shade of red on the kickstand reminds us of a pretty red bow on a shiny present. The metal around the sides really brings together the fluidity of what is a strikingly thin and light design for a phone with a 4.7-inch HD screen.

Even though the design
is hardly new, the allure of the white iPhone 4S has not dissipated one
bit. There’s just something about that silver Apple on the back plate of the phone that makes this device look so luxurious. The glass-and-steel design is sturdy, compact and timeless.
